Handmade and poured with natural soy wax and fragrance oils. The wick is also made of cotton which helps keep the air clean and make it safe to burn around children and pets.

All orders including body butters, wax melts, candles, and oils are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. In warmer areas we recommend having someone that can get the package inside once deliverd due to soy melting and softening when left outside for a long period of time. We are not responsible for orders that melt under these conditions. We package orders with packaging coolers but of course they warm up after a long period of time being exposed to heat.

• Orders inside of the United States ship in 1-2 business days.
• All orders under $75 dollars will be charged a $9 flat rate shipping fee.
• Columbus,Ms area delivery or pick up will be available for only the Columbus,Ms area

Returned orders:

Please verify that your address in correct before submiting your order. If buyer has submitted incorrect information, buyer will be responsible for additional postage required to resend item/s. If you catch a mistake made with the address, please reach out to us via email before your order ships at scentsiblesista@gmail.com.

 

Lost or Stolen Items:

Once your package has been delivered to usps we are no longer in control of the item/s. However if you have been following your tracking number and notice that your items have not left the facility contact your receiving usps branch office. If you can not reach them feel free to reach out to us, we gladly assist in the best way we can.
